For a shipyard we developed a web application that optimizes internal and external project communication. Tracking points, dialogues and comments allow project statuses to be updated and called up more quickly. Files and plans can be uploaded to the respective projects, tickets and processes can be entered and edited.

We have taken the following requirements into account during development:

Conclusion: A web-based project management application is the optimal solution for maintaining several projects simultaneously and clearly arranged – for short distances and a smooth communication process.
