For us, quality is an essential part of BSB. We are constantly working to improve our products and services and offer our customers the best possible experience.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which means that we have implemented a quality management system that meets international standards. This system helps us to improve our processes, manage risks and increase the quality of our products and services.
We are convinced that quality is not just a question of processes and documents. Quality starts with our employees. We promote a culture of quality and motivate our employees to continuously improve themselves and BSB.
The ISO standard
The ISO9001 standard standardizes BSB’s quality management system.
It is not a purely technical matter, but affects all core processes as well as employees and encompasses all of the company’s goods and services.
Compared to earlier versions, the standard is much more dynamic and generic. This generic nature offers the advantage of room for maneuver and interpretation, but this needs to be filled with a corresponding intensity of work during implementation.
The overarching goal of the quality standard is to increase customer satisfaction. This is ensured by a continuous improvement process, among other things.
