We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which means that we have implemented a quality management system that meets international standards. This system helps us to improve our processes, manage risks and increase the quality of our products and services.

We believe that quality is not just a matter of processes and documents. Quality starts with our employees. We promote a culture of quality and motivate our employees to continuously improve themselves and BSB.

The ISO standard

The ISO9001 standardizes BSB’s quality management system.

It is not a purely technical matter, but concerns all core processes, as well as employees, and covers all goods and services of the company.

Compared to earlier versions, the standard is much more dynamic and generic. This genericity offers the advantage of room for maneuver and interpretation, which, however, needs to be filled by a corresponding intensity of work in the implementation.

The overriding goal of the quality standard is to increase customer satisfaction. This is guaranteed, among other things, by a continuous improvement process.
